Jessica Hughes is the founder and owner of Beyond the Runway (www.beyondtherunwaydfw.com) , which is a modeling and life etiquette academy dedicated to providing self-esteem enhancing workshops that educate, motivate, and inspire young girls to be the best that they can be.

Jessica has spent her professional life promoting positive self-esteem, modeling, and etiquette to young ladies seeking to participate in the fashion industry. She was first introduced into the power of fashion and modeling through her local mall’s Style Squad when she was just twelve years old. This group connected those with a flair for fashion to volunteer opportunities in the community and an opportunity to model at various local malls.

It is her mission to bring her fifteen years of experience as an educator to transform young girls into sophisticated young ladies.  Jessica got her start in the fashion industry as an Account Manager for Models on the Move Modeling Agency located in New Jersey. She collaborated with talent agencies and casting directors, finding talent for everything ranging from shows and movies to commercials and other media related events.

She has graced organizations like The Art Institute of Philadelphia, MTV, the Miss Universe Organization, and John Casablanca’s with her dedication to excellence and a lifelong passion for inspiring young women to reach new heights.  She served as a Career Advisor for Fashion at The Art Institute of Philadelphia, Media Coordinator and Public Relations Assistant for the Miss Universe Organization account at Planet PR, taught at John Casablanca’s and finally as the Producer and Event Coordinator for PREIT Rubin Malls’ fashion shows.

Jessica has been vividly aware of the power that a single spark of inspiration can have in a child’s life since her introduction to the world as a high school student.  She wants to help bring this inspiration to children and young ladies by teaching them the necessary personal development skills that will prepare them for a distinguished role in their daily and professional lives.

Her approach to education and coaching emphasizes hands-on experiential techniques. She makes sure to bring in the best industry experts into the program that have a passion like she does for teaching.  Her goal is to give the gift of confidence to each young lady that walks through the door since confidence is a gift that lasts a lifetime. Here is my companies facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/beyondtherunwaydfw/?ref=bookmarks
