NUTRITION at the PhillyFIT girls camp FASHIONISTA’s

Beth Chiodo, RD, LDN, CWC, CLT, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Wellness Coach at the Horsham Athletic Club in Horsham, PA. Beth has worked as a Registered Dietitian for 10 years now and moved from clinical to corporate wellness to starting her own private practice. Beth has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Villanova and completed her nutrition coursework at Drexel University. She is currently completing her Master’s degree in Nutrition through University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut and just completed her first half marathon in June.
“My favorite thing about being in this field is empowering others with the knowledge and confidence to be the best version of themselves that they can be. It’s about saying NO to fad diets and ways of eating that are unhealthy and that are only going to build unhealthy habits in the future. It’s about honoring our bodies and loving ourselves enough to fuel our bodies in the healthiest way. I believe that healthy food should be exciting and delicious and that we should have fun exploring new foods. This is what I want to share with others.”
Beth will be reviewing basic nutrition concepts with a focus on healthy snacks and drinks as well as trying new healthy foods.
In her free time, Beth loves running, cooking, and spending time with her husband and 3 children, ages 3, 6, and 20.
